Trackback is a blogging term meaning a way of notifying a website about publishing an article referencing it.
By trackbacking an article a short excerpt of your entry will be placed on the referenced website with a link to your article. So you see it’s a good way to increase your website traffic.

There are reasons for not wanting to start a blog to increase traffic to your website but none of them are good. People say they don’t have the time to write the fresh copy on a constant basis that will get them the rankings they need. Well, that’s what ghost writers are for.
Some say they only have limited ideas to write about. Again, that’s the job of the ghost writer. To supply both the words and ideas. See the path to better search engine rankings is clear.
